Because of the unexpectedly high sale numbers we are experiencing a low stock situation and we currently take only backorders, meaning that the orders will be shipped out within two weeks from the date of the order. Shipping & Delivery
The shipping is provided free of charge. The items are shipped out next business day following your order and will be delivered to your selected address within one business day after shipping out. Note that currently all our motors are on backorder - see the Backorder Notice above for more information.
We are using DHL Express as the shipping provider. You will be able to track your shipment, get notifications about where your shipment is and when it will be delivered.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees
We ship from Estonia/EU.
The prices displayed on the site do not include VAT.
In case your order value is below £135, then UK VAT (20%) is collected during checkout. The VAT amount will be added to your total.
In case your order value is £135 or more, then UK VAT is not collected during checkout. The total is without the VAT. The VAT has to be paid by the customer during importing the goods.
In case you are located in Northern Ireland then EE VAT (20%) will be added during checkout for all orders no matter the total.
There are currently no customs duties when importing from EU to UK.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any customs clearance fees in case a customs broker or shipping company is used for declaring the goods during import.

Payment Currencies and Exchange Rate
The prices on the site are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).
In case GBP is not your credit cards currency, then your home bank/credit card provider will charge for the exchange rate as per their rules and the returns are handled in GBP using the amounts specified in the order.
We allow "no questions asked" returns in 30 days from the day of delivery. Well, we do ask - the reason for return - as a general product feedback question. You will be able to try out the product and in case it does not work with your blinds or shades or you do not like it for some other reason then we take it back and refund your order in full. We also provide free shipping for the returns. There is very high chance that the product is compatible with your shades though - the product is being used on thousands of blinds on daily bases, it has very low return rate and we have tested it internally with numerous types and variants of blinds and shades so we suggest to turn to our free customer support in case you get into trouble or have any questions while installing it, we are happy to help! Warranty of the product is 1 year. We provide free shipping in case the product needs to be repaired or replaced.
